  • CANCELLATIONS - I need to cancel my order, what are my options?

If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone on +1 (416) 485-1167 at least 24 hours before the delivery date. No refunds will be available for orders scheduled to be delivered within 24 hours of when you reach out to cancel, as the flowers will have already been purchased and the arrangement may already have been designed.

For silk flower projects, cancellations may occur before the 50% non-refundable deposit is provided.  Once the 50% non-refundable deposit is received, the silk flowers are custom-cut and glued/set into the container and cannot be re-sold so there are no cancellations for silk flower projects after the 50% non-refundable deposit is processed.

  • DELIVERY - Can I place an order for same-day delivery?

Yes! You can order on our website or by calling the shop until 10:30 AM (EST) for same-day flower delivery in Toronto and the GTA.

  • DELIVERY - What happens if the recipient isn't home?

If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we can leave the flowers at the front door, with a neighbour, or with a concierge/reception desk when available. We will call the recipient and leave a voicemail to let them know where the flowers were left. If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge may apply. Please note: in the winter flowers cannot be left outside if the temperature is below 0C.

  • DELIVERY- Can I request a delivery date outside of the delivery schedule?

If you want your flowers delivered on a date other than our available delivery dates, additional delivery fees may apply. Please email for a quote.

  • DELIVERY - When will the flowers be delivered?

On non-holidays, regular orders are delivered between 12:00pm and 6:30pm. We can guarantee your floral delivery to business addresses by 4:45pm. Since we are a family operation, we cannot guarantee an exact delivery time within that window. If you require a special timed delivery (for example, must be there before 3:00pm), please get in touch via phone (+1 (416) 485-1167).

  • SPECIAL DELIVERY - Do you deliver to hospitals/nursing homes/funeral homes/hotels/etc?

Yes, we do! In order to ensure your order arrives safely, please include all applicable information so that we can get the flowers to the recipient smoothly. For deliveries to businesses/hotels/hospitals we will require a room number or a suite number as well as the name of the business/hotel/hospital. A phone number is also required in case we need to contact the recipient directly with any delivery questions. 

  • EVENTS - Do you create custom designs and installations for events?

Absolutely! No matter the type of event, we've got you covered. You can find detailed information on this process here.

  • FUNERAL AND SYMPATHY - Do you offer funeral and sympathy flower arrangements?

We do. Please refer to our Funeral & Sympathy section as well as our blog post on how to choose the appropriate flower arrangement depending on your relationship with the deceased. 

  • PAYMENT - What forms of payment do you accept?

We can accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Google Pay and Apple Pay.

  • PICK UP - Can I place an order for pick up?

Absolutely! Please place your order online and select "Store Pick Up" or call us (+1 (416) 485-1167). As our flower shop has lots going on, we will need to know the time you'll be coming by to pick up your order so we can have it ready for you, and it will need to be paid in full prior to pick up. Our pick up window is 10:30AM to 3:30PM each day.

  • PICTURES - Can you send me a photo of the flowers I've ordered?

Absolutely! Upon request, we can send you a photo of the floral arrangement once it is out for delivery so you can see how gorgeous it is!
