Flower Plus delivers to the Greater Toronto and Hamilton Area (GTHA). Delivery Charges apply.
Next day delivery available for orders placed before 5pm (EST) the day before.
Delivery charges are stated when placing orders online or by phone.
For deliveries, no time pieces. For specific delivery times, there will be a surcharge. Please call to confirm. We do not deliver to PO Boxes.

DELIVERY INFORMATION
Please make sure when placing your order that you have given us the full postal address of the recipient, any special instructions and your contact details including mobile or daytime telephone number.
Special Instructions includes deliveries to hospitals, hotels and offices

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF DELIVERY
If the recipient is not at the address when our drivers try to deliver, If the recipient is not home at the time of delivery, we can leave the flowers at the front door, with a neighbour, or with a concierge/reception desk when available. We will call the recipient and leave a voicemail to let them know where the flowers were left. If a second delivery attempt at a later date is absolutely necessary, an additional delivery charge may apply. Flower Plus will not be held responsible for delivery of goods to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. You must check the delivery details when making your order so that we can provide the best service.

AMENDMENT OR CANCELLATION OF ORDER
If you would like to amend or cancel the order please notify us by telephone on +1 (416) 485-1167 at least 24 hours before the delivery date. No refunds will be available for orders scheduled to be delivered within 24 hours of when you reach out to cancel, as the flowers will have already been purchased and the arrangement may already have been designed.

RETURNS POLICY
All sales are non-refundable and cannot be returned as fresh flowers are perishable and silk arrangements are cut to custom lengths and glued into place. For fresh flowers, please contact us (+1 (416) 485-1167) within 24 hours of receipt of your arrangement if you are not satisfied so we have the opportunity to work with you to resolve the issue.

SUBSTITUTION POLICY
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to substitute some of the contents or packaging with an item of equal or greater value. The substituted items will closely match the original choice. Should we feel that the order cannot be processed due to lack of stock we will contact you as soon as possible to arrange an alternative.

The personal information that you give us will enable us to process your order. We may use this information to contact you about our great offers or promotions and so that we can improve and develop the services that we offer.
